KIN MOTO NA POSADA. "Kin heats the bookstore Posada", that is the title the artist 'prophet' Sim Simaro created. Kinshasa , capital of Congo with 6 million inhabitants, is one of the most creative cities of Africa. To escape the drudgery, the famous 'article 15' is applied to the daily-life. An article which does not exist in any constitution in Congo or Zaïre. In Congo all is resourcefully solved if you want to live and survive and to overcome the moral hardship, then you have to create. That is what these artists tell you with happiness and humor. We find ourselves in the streets of Kinshasa with its problems of transport and supply. We take part in the lives of the men and women of Kinshasa, who dream of Europe where they hope to find a better future. The moments of intense happiness and sorrow give these paintings a very humane face.
 
Kin moto na Posada: "Kin chauffe la librairie Posada", tel est le titre imaginé par l'artiste ´prophète' Sim Simaro. Kinshasa, capitale du Congo qui compte près de 6.000.000 d'habitants, est une des villes les plus créatrices d'Afrique. Pour échapper à la galère, on applique au quotidien le fameux article 15. Un article qui n'existe dans aucune constitution, ni congolaise, ni zaïroise. Au Congo, tout est débrouille. Si l'on veut vivre et survivre et pour vaincre la détresse morale, on crée. C'est ce que ces artistes racontent avec bonheur et humour. On se retrouve dans les rues de Kinshasa avec ses problèmes de transport, de ravitaillement. On assiste à la vie du kinois et de la kinoise, à ceux qui rêvent de l'Europe où l'on espère connaître un meilleur sort. Des moments intenses de joie et de malheur qui donnent à ces oeuvres un visage tellement humain.
